A big knob to adjust Z axis. You simply need to add a screw to maintain the handle to the pulley, and 2x M4 screws (with their knobs) to tight it. FYI, I've printed it without supports at 0.2, and all was OK.
**Edit:** I was using it for about 6 years now, but I broke the fixation and instead of re-print it, I draw something lighter.
So, you can now choose between the big and small version (both use the handle).
