Simple mount for Z-Axis ACME bushings with 4 holes, 22mm diameter disk. Outer mount holes designed for JG-Maker Artist-D Pro, will probably work for other models. (Repost because original post lost in limbo.)

UPDATE 12/21/21 - Added slightly modified version that allows for a little more play along the X-axis if needed.
