This is a simple Remix/Remake of mhelmreich's Z axis coupler (thank you).
I only added a chamfer at the bottom and top and made it a bit parametric.
The diameters (inner1, inner2, outer) and the height are customizable.
Two Screws (M3x12 DIN912) and two M3-Nuts are necessary.
I uploaded some preset stl's with 20mm OD, 20mm/30mm height and 5mm/8mm ID.
