This is an adjustable endstop mount for the Z-axis on my FolgerTech 2020.
Two pieces clamp around the head of a button-head screw at the top of the main body, constraining it in place, but allowing it to be rotated. The central hole in the topmost "sandwich" piece allows you to turn the screw. It drives a captive nut that slots into the back of the shuttle / mount. The screw must be long enough to go through the central hole in the bottom of the main body, otherwise there would be some undue play in the shuttle / mount.
You'll need m3 x .5 scews and nuts. I was able to get the nuts to fit tight enough to stay with the part during assembly and disassembly. Hopefully you'll achieve the same.
