Z axis switch and cable cover

This is a remix from Ender 3 V2 Z Axis Switch Cover by MythicalThings on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4619617 and my own z stepper cable cover, combining both into one.

Mythical Things' design was altered a bit, making the switch housing wider (looks better IMHO), extending the z endstop switch cover to fully enclose the switch mount plate and extending the bottom plate (better fit & looks for everyone with a slightly raised z endstop switch)

Fixing is via 10mm M4 + T-nut, it IS a bit fiddly to get the T-nut in but it is manageable without breaking anything - and it's a process you do just once, there is no real need to take the cover off multiple times.
