Z-Fence Post Topper

Fence post topper that will keep bugs and debris out of your metal fence posts.

After we had these metal fence posts installed, I noticed that they were popular hang-outs for spiders, bugs, leaves, and other debris. While these things may not cause major harm to the fence, I wanted to create a topper to prevent them.

Designed specifically to fit tight even with the variations of a wooden picket fence. While it won't be water-tight, it will prevent most of the water and snow from accumulating.

Since they won't experience any real force, print them at 10% infill to save on filament. Anything less and it won't print the surfaces well.

Make sure you use a filament that is UV resistant, like PETG. If that isn't available, you can always spry paint them before using them.
