Z rod support

I've replaced my Z-rod with a longer one and wanted to support it at the top. I modified the foot mount from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3215515 to create a profile cap. You'll need to cut two of the legs to fit the profile. The 608ZZ bearing bracket was adapted from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2461385. I also created a 0.8mm shim - you may need one or more of them. Assembly is easy. Replace right the Ender-3 profile cap with the new one. Move the gantry up to the top, insert a bearing into the bracket and put the Z rod through the bearing. Work out how many shims you need, I needed just one, and use superglue to glue it all together.
