A little late to the party but I designed this in an attempt to create a faster printing and better performing face mask.
If the mask doesn't create an airtight seal around your face, it can be padded or heat formed to better create a seal.
Main Mask
- Has 3 holes where 5 mm elastic strap can weave through.
- I cut black theraband into strips (since elastics straps are currently hard to get)
Retainer Clip
- Inserted into mask to hold filter in place
- Also acts as a template to cut out the filter material.
- I used MERV13 air filter material
Everything is able to print without any supports.
