Summary: A direct replacement for the small plastic plunger that activates the clutch safety switch on a 2020 Kawasaki Z900. Perfect for when the original part is broken or lost during a lever swap or other handlebar maintenance. Description: I designed this model out of necessity after I broke the tiny original (OEM) clutch plunger while installing new aftermarket levers on my 2020 Z900. Instead of waiting for a replacement from the dealership, I decided the 3D printer was the perfect tool for the job. What does it do? This plunger sits inside the clutch perch and presses a small button (the safety switch) when you pull the clutch lever in. This tells the bike's ECU that it's safe to start while in gear. If your plunger is broken or missing, you won't be able to start your bike unless it's in neutral.Fitment: This was modeled and test-fitted on a 2020 Kawasaki Z900 ABS. It may also work on other model years or even other Kawasaki models that use a similar clutch switch
