You can order from China via EasyEDA or create your own pcb.

####IMPORTANT FOR USE THIS PCB!!
- This PCB routed and tested for Lerdge Main boards.
- Hotend fan (PFAN), throat fan (TFAN) and Hotend (HOT), used general +12V
- Sensor (SEN), Probe (PRB) and Switch (SW1), used general GND
- Check "Shematic v2" in EasyEDA project for more info.

Combining the wires allowed to reduce their number to connect to the head.
