Zero Clearance Insert for DWE7485

To download that, click on the dropdown arrow, then select “Download STL/CAD Files”I also updated the print profile because I made a mistake the first time and I uploaded an incomplete version, without a notch to avoid collision when installing the insert. I decided to make my own zero clearance insert for my fantastic DWE7485Thanks to this accessory you will be able to cut very thin slices with your saw without being worried to drop your piece between the blade and the fence. I had to print several version before reaching my objective, but here it is.Unfortunately it does not fit entirely in my A1, but you have to assemble it by using 3 M4x10 Screws. After assembly, put the screws from the original insert in the new one, or use some spare screws.Then slide it in place, lock it, level it with the 4 screws and perform your first cut which will leave you with a perfectly tailored insert.See video on my Instagram Page This insert
