Zero Clearance Insert for Harbor Freight Hercules 10" Table SawThis is a zero clearance insert for the Harbor Freight Hercules 10 inch table saw. You will need to cut the blade slot for the table saw first until the riving knife begins to hit, then finish cutting the slot for the riving knife with either a circular saw or a flush cut hand saw. Mark lines on the insert that line up with the edges of the initial cut from the table saw blade to finish the slot for the riving knife (cut slot to within 8.5mm of the end of the insert for the riving knife, measure 8.5mm from the outside edge of the riving knife end, make a mark, stop your slot cut at the 8.5mm mark and the riving knife should clear just fine).Parts Needed:4 -M6 x 10mm hex set screw (The existing set screws on your original insert will fit)1 -1/16" x ¾" x 1" flat metal (The existing piece on your original insert will fit)1 - M4 x 10mm pan head screw (The existing screw on your original insert will fit)Printed o
