Zero XY Offset BLTouch Mount

If you want to use the latest Marlin Firmware awesome UBL feature along with a BLTouch, you might struggle with some parts of you bed not being probed, due to an xy offset of you probe. This means you need to manually probe the bed with the nozzle. That's time consuming and boring.

That's why I'm designing a zero xy offset BLTouch mount.

After several attempts i found out that the print should be sliced sideways, and not with the flat part down for better strength. The opposite will make your printed part fail between the layers.

Added a clipping support for the probe (when out of use) on top of the effector.
