This is a combination of the awesome ZeroBot Pro by Max K. and Rover Tracks V2 from nahueltaibo. I couldn't find anything quite like this that suited what I was looking for, so I made my own chassis to combine these existing designs and thought I would share it with the world.
The ZeroBot Pro instructions are well written for the electronics and code. It can be found here on Thingiverse, or you can find it at:
https://hackaday.io/project/25092-zerobot-raspberry-pi-zero-fpv-robot
Designed to print cleanly with no supports. May need a raft for the lid and front panel depending how well your prints stick to the bed.
EDIT 12/12/2019: Added .skp files for remixing purposes.
EDIT 12/14/2019: Changed link for SPST mini toggle switch, I think I put the wrong size in there. It needs to be a switch designed for 6mm panel hole. Also, another build note, when soldering your USB charge board, there is a B+, B-, OUT + and OUT - . Do not use the OUT pads. I did this and it works
