Moved V3.2 files away from V3
V3 parts can be combined and mixed with V3.2

Improvements/changes:

-Thicker BASE. V3.2 have a thicker BASE for a more secure velcro attachment to your EUC. But the V3 BASE can be more easily cut to fit with scissors.

-Jump blocks allow for a more toe out, heel in stance (duck stance). V3 had a tendency to press your foot out and away from the EUC. V3.2 has a better fit closer to the EUC. The radius of the circle is also a bit less, and the forward angle is 5 degres more tilted forward.

- Upper forward pads, the "speedpower" has a more refined shape. V3 was a 45 degree block. The V3.2 still has a 45 degree angle at the top, but a more classic angle lower down. This gives a softer feels. Full support on climbs if you keep your knees in, and knees out while speeding for a more loose and forward lean.

- Brakes and heel are the same expect for the thicker BASE.
