Zetec Cam Locking Tool

Ford Zetec cam locking tool that fits the cam pulleys for those with custom cams. This is based on my Silvertop Zetec which has Kent Vernier pulleys and custom cams so no rear slots. This fits my engine when at TDC.

I printed at 0.2 layer height with 2 perimeters and 3 layers top and bottom as it doesn't need much strength, with 10% infill. I print in PETG mainly, but would be fine in PLA or Nylon.

Ensure it is a good fit for your engine before removing belt - it is your responsibility to make sure the engine is safe before working on it. I recommend printing a 2-3mm slide of the profile only as a quick test before printing the whole thing.

I've included the IGS file with the 'teeth' separate so they can be rotated around the arc axis to suit any variation you might have - see image for exaggerated example
