this is my take on 3d printing the zippo bit safe by Laura Kampf (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRix1GJvSBNDpEFY561eSzw) and the video of it (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BBQR5wqBSXE)
through some discussion with other people making their own, it came up that it was too light (plastic vs solid steel of course...) so I designed it with a cavity to add lead shot. The cavity last layer is at 16.1mm so I would insert a pause there just before it makes the first fill.
I haven't printed it yet because I need to find lead shot first. it should not need any support and the hinge has a 3mm bore.
I've also added the original file from which I worked and my fusion 360 file so you can modify it according to the leghts of you bits
this will be updated depending on how it turns out when I finaly get my lead shot
