After my Zwift Cog v1 broke down I needed a replacement. Putting on a complete casette was way louder and - since I use the virtual shifting - unnecessary.
I used the design from janm2000 as a basis and made some adjustments:
* The parts around the chain are a bit higher and sloped, which makes mounting the bike a bit easier.
* On the inner side (where the flyweel is I added gaps to allow for a bigger contact area to the freehub.
* I also included another version of the inner part which can be used with the original Zwift sprocket, which has a bit of a different shape. (see picture)
The measurements are taken from my 11-speed sprocket (11-32) and are intended to use the 4th sprocket with 14 teeth (just as the one provided from Zwift). The models can be adjusted to fit other gear combinations.
If I have time to make it fancy and easy to use, I can add my parametric FreeCAD model.
