zyltech polymaker cardboard spool adaptor

Remixed this so it would fit Polymaker and Ovature cardboard spools. it is double sided so you can have multiple spools on the spool holder. if you want a single sided one just drop it -10mm into you're slicer bed and it will be single sided. Designed to go on Zyltech 5kg spool holder.
