Headlight mount for LED headlight on 31.7mm handlebar

I had ordered a 6000 Lumen headlight for my fat tire bike but found that the bracket was intended for smaller handlebars and used a thick rubber band to hold it in place. I couldn't find a bracket that would work for the larger 31.7mm diameter handle bars so I made this one.
