Prusa i3 GLCD Holder

I printed HerrTom's design of a case for the RepRapDiscount Full Graphical LCD (see link below) but the mount for the screen wasn't exactly what I was looking for. So I designed a new one. This design allows you to mount your LCD to the top of the frame behind the Z axis holders. See the "Instructions/Print Settings" for more info.
