Wire Guard for Leapfrog Creatr X Axis Rod

I designed this to keep the wires from rubbing on the X axis rod on my lab's Leapfrog Creatr. If left unprotected, holes will be worn into the insolation and create a short circuit with the chassis. This happened to me once and ruined several control boards before I found the source of the problem.

I'm not how they could leave in this design flaw.
