K8200 Z-Axis cable driven stabilizer / parallel drive

The original part wasn't strong enough for my application, so i made a version that is strong
enough for my needs.

Also provided are some picures of my printer that show my setup. On the pictures
you can see that the tentioner i use, doesn't collide with the pulleys, and has enough space
to get me my Zmax of 218mm and has room to spare.
