meta.frame hotend 30mm fan

Hi, since i had rough time with most of fan designs i tried so far so i created these.
Stand part has upper holes that fit on my hot end but i already implemented couple using only copper wire and that works well too. Point was to have cleaner, quieter hot end while reducing dust and particles building up on most designs i used. Ease of access and ability to change fan by taking whole assembly off was must because these things die and get noisy at most peculiar of times, like when on some demo
