Hotend platform for Richrap's 3DR and E3D-v6 head

Richrap's original hotend mount and micro platform combo works fine, but I couldn't attach the fan which is shipped with E3D hotend because there was not enough space. So I reworked it.

6 mounting holes are 2cm away from each other.

It will also fit for Jhead or other hotends but you will loose some Z height.
