Type A Machines and U-T-O-M QU-BD extruder X carriage

This is a mod to the Type A Machines Series 1 or U-T-O-M upgrade to use a QU-BD or MK7 clone from most vendors. The main reason for wanting to do so is all metal hot end support for printing nylon or other hight temp materials.

While there are alternate hot ends that bolt into the stock Series 1 machine, this one lets you put an entire aftermarket extruder and also coming soon, a dual extruder version.
