CTC/FlashForge Creator Filament/Umbilical support

Provides a secure fixing for the umbilical to the extruder head and aligns 4mm OD PTFE filament guide tubes perpendicular to the print head. Also integrates cable management for the fan wiring, including room for an additional cooling fan.

Use M3x60mm Cap head stainless bolts to secure thing to extruder head.

I printed using 0.2mm layers using ABS @230degC and 110degC bed with no issues using Simplify3D. Supports are needed under umbilical support overhang.
