This is an alternative Idler design for the Filament extruder puller by wingmaster http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:677144 .

I simply used a few rubber washers pushed together for the main pulling wheel and needed a matching idler. It uses two 2.5mm diameter screws and nuts for fixing the idler on 8mm rod.

The diameter of the working area is 28mm, the diameter of the more narrow parts on the sides is 22mm and the "washer" parts which touch inner wheel of bearings are 12mm in diameter.
