Remix: BigCooter 7" LCD Touch Display Monitor case

My tonetec display is about 2mm thicker than the one that big cooter is using. i remixed his design to accommodate the thicker display and i added posts to support the use of an adafruit touch panel driver so you have the option between that and the original driver that comes with the touch panel.
