CTC/FlashForge Creator Z-Axis guide rod supports

Use a total of four of these to support top and bottom of each of the two Z axis guide rods. The original wooden supports allow a lot of play.

Use M3 cap-head stainless bolts from the original wooden mount to secure thing to printer frame. Only two of the original four bolts required.

I printed using 0.2mm layers using ABS @230degC and 110degC bed with no issues using Simplify3D. Supports are needed in cap head bolt recesses.
