New support structure for the e-NABLE Phoenix hand palm

An alternative support structure for the e-NABLE Phoenix hand palm. This design is an alternative for the left/right palm with supports. It has the following benefits over the original palm with supports:
1) Support structure can be removed by hand in one swift operation usually without tools
2) Eliminates the risk of shards of plastic shooting across the room when smashing out the standard support structure
3) Usually no sharp edges remaining to be cleaned up
3) Uses slightly less filament
