Airtripper BSP Extruder (Main Body) for flexible plastic with 4mm hole

I updated the flexible filament version of the Airtripper Extruder body but mirrored it back to work with my printer and extended the top hole to fit the 4mm OD PTFE tubing to get right next to the gear and bearing for best results in printing with NinjaFlex.
