LM8UU mount 90 degree

This is just a simple mount for LM8UU linear ball bearings. The hole sizes are (beginning at the far end) 5mm,3mm,4mm,3mm and the one hole which is not in line is 4mm in diameter.

Usecases:
When you have like a plate which moves up and down and you want to ensure it stable.
In my case it was a 10mm wood board on which the heatbeds (i have 4 of them) are mounted on. Because i have 4 beds the board is really huge (70x70cm) and it would tilt and get stuck.
