DD Extruder for Prusa i3 rework mod

Enlarged the filament through hole to allow the PTFE tubing to go all the way up to the hobbed pulley/idler area, and a channel to allow easier locking of the collet on the E3D v6 hotend that locks in the PTFE tubing in place.

Created channels on the mounting face of the extruder to allow space for the zip ties holding the carriage bearings. Thanks to a fellow maker that created these post print and shared his mod with me.
