AxMod's Migbot Y Belt Clamp with chain end

Added a chain end to AxMod's Y Axis Belt Clamp to complete my Y chain in conjunction with aMpeX_fhm's Y Axis drag chain anchor (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:885979).
