Inductive sensor mount for Folger Technologies E3D Direct Drive

I use an inductive sensor for bed autolevel but wanted to try this extruder with my new e3d v6. So I mixed this up in openscad. The openscad source is included, but uses the original clamp.stl as an import. You can print it without the integrated clamp and there are two holes provided which can be used to bolt it to the clamp instead.
