Dremel Proxxon Adapter

This is an adapter to use a [Dremel rotary tool](http://amzn.to/1ZkVI3K) with a [Proxxon drill stand](http://amzn.to/1UJoPNl). I wasn't able to print [liyanage's adapter](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:264641) successfully as the tolerances were too tight, so I designed a variation that doesn't require the outer and inner diameters to be so close.
