Ring ZERO container (M)

Ended up buying a Ring ZERO, bluetooth enabled gesture ring. Size Medium. Wanted some kind of container to put it in, i.e. to put the ring in my pocket. Feels safer. So designed this.

Had some problems slicing with Slic3r 1.2.9 but worked better in 1.2.8/1.2.7
