Makerbot Name Tag For ToM

Thanks to Thompson for the Printrbot ID Tag. I've modified the design to dispense with the screw holes and replaced with the clip mounting you see used on the Thingomatic's. So no screws or glue is required for mounting, it just clips onto the plywood.
