Modified E3D mount

I liked the E3D hotend mount by am001, but I wanted a customized version that integrated a nut trap bowden holder and a mount for my z-probe (see thing:89146), as well as a slightly better fan mount (with more clearance). So here's my version.

Also, I remodeled the whole thing in solidworks.
