Endstop Switch Mounts for RepRap Wallace

The screws are [m2.5](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0116RIAO8/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and are spaced 9mm apart.

These X and Y mounts are attached to the rods by zip ties, and the Z is clamped on by bolt
