New Matter MOD-t Cura and Slic3r settings

Here I share the profiles I'm using to successfully print objects with my New Matter MOD-t firmware ver. 0.15.0, using:
- Cura ver. 15.x (tested with 15.04.3, 15.04.5 and 15.04.6)
- Cura ver. 2.x (tested with 2.5 and 2.6)
- Cura ver. 3.x (tested with 3.03 and 3.1)
- Cura ver. 3.6+ (tested with 4.0 beta)
- Slic3r ver. 1.2.9.
