Filament Extruder Detector Interlock for the Lulzbot Mini

This is a little addition to the Filament Extruder Detector v3 by flipper:

I noticed that during "intense" printing sections (where the toolhead jitters rapidly) the sensor had difficulty making an accurate reading of the filament diameter.

I figured I could reduce the shaking by firmly attaching the sensor to the toolhead. This piece slots into the holes where the two locking bolts can be seen from the top of the Lulzbot Mini Extruder v2 toolhead
