Prusa Rework X-Carriage OpenSCAD Source

The rework X-carriage is a requirement for a number of different extruder and hot end mounts but I was unable to find it in .scad (OpenSCAD) format which meant that customising it to add self levelling or to modify it to suit different X axis configurations was a bit of a kludge.

This is an OpenSCAD version of the x-carriage that will, hopefully, be of some use to others who want to customise the design.
