Teflon spacer between the extruder fan and heatsink always fall off when I disassemble extruder.

I've used Extruder Fan Spacer from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:547786 for a while but recently I've noticed that they're deformed by heat so I design this clip to use with the original spacer.
