Flexible Filament Spool Holder with Ball Bearings

Wanted to create a low friction filament spool holder that I could use flexibly with the different spools I had (different width but same diameter of 20cm).
Also wanted to use some ball bearings with a one-sided rim that I had found on Amazon.
Initially I was thinking of printing an additional base plate that would have parallel slots in different widths for my holders so that for different spools, I could just slide the holders into the predefined slots to make sure they stay in place at the
