Ultimaker 2 PG35L Direct Drive Extruder fan mount hack

This is a [Tinkercad hack](https://tinkercad.com/things/6PGVzFZcYT3) to allow any heater block configuration or orientation to be used with Jasonatepaint's excelled direct drive extruder for E3Dv2 and Ultimaker 2.

I find that I cannot use the fans at 100% with this hack, so I stay below 60%, especially if going above 235C. 15% is what I use most of the time, but I eagerly await the [official solution to this problem](http://www.soliforum.com/post/122159/#p122159):
