This is a wheel hub for RC planes. Cut a 20mm thick slice of pool noodle to go around it as a tire. I use wire coat hanger to bend into a landing gear shape.

I use this for all my Flite Test models that need landing gear - I recommend the FT Flyer as a great beginner plane.
