Makergear M2 Filament Guide (fits Rev E, maybe others too)

While not quite a remix, this design was influenced by this:

as well as the stock holder.
The stock filament guide was too close to the machine, which caused binding on PLA filament and had it snapping off frequently. I figured I'd design one in SCAD, and spent a few revisions improving it.
Features:
-Guide holes with tapers to help with threading filament
-Multiple Bowden tube holders to support different reel widths
-Bowden tube holders with grove
