E3D V5 to V6 hotend adapter

Adapter for mounting a E3D V6 hotend and have the same height as a E3D V5. The heatsink, heatbreak and block are on the right spot.

I created this adapter for the Sunhokey prusa i3 Extreme Cooling (E3D v5) http://www.thingiverse.com/make:228980.

I drilled some countersink holes for the large screws (upside down on the picture) in order to lower the hotend even further with the original metal mounting plate.
